Toril challenges people to be the best that they can be. Her core competencies are leadership coaching and design of courses and development programs for leaders. Toril has an exceptional ability to create trust and to engage.

As a course instructor, she allows the participants' expertise and experience to be the foundation on which they build further insights. Toril is a tough coach who challenges her clients to take responsibility for themselves, their relationships and their results. This builds confidence.

Leaders who are coached by Toril increase their awareness of personal values and get help to anchor their leadership in those values. Improved communication, clarified expectations and an better understanding of roles are stated as other effects of Toril’s coaching.

Toril has more than 20 years of experience with developing human resources in the coroporate sector. She currently delivers leadership development, courses and coaching to some of Norway's largest companies.

Toril is one of the founders and Faculty at LEARN Coaching. She also teaches at Coaching Academy.

Toril holds a Master's Degree in Value-Based Leadership. She maintains a PCC certification from the ICF and was previously President of ICF Norway.
