Many people are reluctant to have the challenging conversation. They want to give constructive feedback, but are unsure about how it will impact the relationship. When employees do not receive necessary feedback it hinders development, lowers productivity, damages the working environment, and can create deep conflicts.

Becoming even better at giving feedback is a stated goal for most of the clients at TNG Consulting. We see some great practices giving strength-based feedback, and will touch upon how such feedback can made even more effective. The main focus in the course in on how to provide challenging feedback; developmental needs, low performance, behavioural- or personality-related feedback, in a way so that the feedback is accepted and acted upon.

The course is practical, with a blend of teaching and practice. The course lasts 7 hours, includes creating a training plan for each participant and a virtual follow-up after twelve weeks.
